Cureline rsquo;s team works closely with principal investigators and project managers on developing custom protocols, conducting feasibility studies and managing biosample acquisition projects.

 

Specimen acquisition protocols for the collection of clinically-defined biospecimens include the following indications:

 

Metabolic Diseases:

Diabetes mellitus (type I and type II) Collection of diabetes blood, serum, plasma samples from patients with defined clinical criteria

 

Dermatological Conditions:

Psoriasis, Atopic Dermatitis, Scleroderma Collection of skin biopsies (snap-frozen and FFPE) from patients with the listed skin conditions

 

Endometriosis:

Collection of snap-frozen ectopic and eutopic endometrium biopsies from patients with confirmed endometriosis and from a normal control group

 

Cardiovascular Conditions:

Atherosclerosis, Miocardium infarction, Left Ventricle Failure Postmortem collection of normal and diseases heart muscle, ventricles, aortas and matched serum samples
