Collection of high tumor content breast carcinoma tumor tissue (at least 70%) and matching ANT for total RNA preparation and Affimetrix gene expression analysis.
APPLICATION: Affimetrix gene expression analysis. Data were presented at the annual EORTC-AACR-NCI conference (San  Francisco, October 2007).

Breast carcinoma: Her-2 positive metastatic breast cancer tumor specimens
Collection of Her-2 positive breast carcinoma FFPE tumor tissue and a matching metastatic lesion (FFPE blocks) from treatment-naive breast cancer patients. 
APPLICATION: Correlative target expression study.

Breast carcinoma: "aged" breast cancer tumor FFPE blocks
Collection of FFPE tumor tissue procured at the same clinical center from past years.
