Human RNA / DNA Panels

Cureline has established collaborations for the collection of biospecimens and the preparation of human RNA and DNA panels from diseased and normal tissues.  

Our standard research protocols for human RNA/DNA isolation fulfill the quality requirements for most research methods, including  SNP variations and differential expression analysis using different microarray platforms.

APPLICATION: Correlative target expression study

Lung cancer - adenocarcinoma and SCC:
Preparation of high-quality total human RNA from snap-frozen tumor and ANT specimens

Breast Carcinoma and NCSLC (adenocarcinoma and SCC):
Preparation of high-quality total human RNA from matching tumor tissue (at least 70% tumor content) and ANT for Affimetrix gene expression analysis (data were presented at the annual EORTC-AACR-NCI conference in San Francisco, October 2007)

Prostate cancer:
Preparation of high-quality total human RNA from snap-frozen tumor and ANT specimens

Nomal human tissues:
Preparation of high-quality DNA-free total human RNA from snap-frozen tissue samples (panel of 20 organs)
